As Client Services Director, Susan offers behind-scenes-support to ensure that our clients' expectations and needs are consistently met at the highest level. She utilizes her past experience in legal administration, public sector operations and relocation services to provide exceptional customer service, marketing, and project management/oversight for our clients. Susan is also a mother of three children and outdoor enthusiast and can offer valuable insights into Santa Barbara schools, family life, neighborhood culture, and all the amazing recreation opportunities to be explored in the area.
